Joe Caputo & Sons opened their doors on August 30, 1989. The small neighbor store offered a large selection of produce, a small selection of imported specialites and a deli. In 1994, the store was increased to accomodate the growing cliental. The deli was increased, a meat department was added, and the grocery line was expanded. Joe Caputo & Sons pride themselves on know their customers. Since employees know many customers by name, satisfying their every need has just become a way of doing business at Joe Caputo's. From accommodating the growing diversity in the community with ethnic specialties to providing hard-to-find delicacies and produce for that old- fashioned family recipe, Joe Caputo's has made appeasing even the most discriminating customer a priority.
