On Friday, June 6, 2008, we were in your Algonquin location. We arrived at about 8:50 p.m., not realizing that you close at 9:00 p.m. We were at the deli about to place a fairly large order of many coldcuts as the lights in the deli windows shut off. A employee by the name of, Miguel Caballero, asked if he could help us. I apologized and said that if it was too late, we could come back tomorrow.
My purpose for writing to you is to show my appreciation for such an awesome employee. He fulfilled each and every one of our orders with a smile, respect and patience. We did not finish until 9:15 and he took care of us as if the store had just opened up. It is because of his excellent customer service that we will continue to shop at Caputo's, as there are much closer stores near our home. Once again, thank you.
